Green Eggs and Ham

Well, I had a brilliant weekend away. Enough so, that I was eager to come back and kiss everyone's cheeks (including Daddy's). I miss all the squishy cheeks in this house when I am away. It was nice to be at Graham and Dawn's quiet place, though. They showed me a good time, even if we didn't get much sleep. I'll post a picture of their awesome dog, since the pics of Dawn and I look like we each had a bottle of wine (we almost did, but I think it had more to do with going to bed at 1am the night before). Thanks guys!! Can't wait for your visit in November.

I had the pleasure of going to T's school Friday to cook Green Eggs (a grandma cooked the ham). J enjoyed himself so much at T's school, he wanted to stay (see T and J holding hands during the teacher's story time-if only it were always that sweet). T's friend, Peyton smiled nicely for the camera, but don't let that smile fool you, she and T ate the ham, but neither girl touched those green eggs! The kids were fun, it was great to be able to participate in one of her class activities. This week she has two field trips, one to make pizza at a pizza restaurant, and another to the fair to pet the animals (I'll definitely be going on that one with the hand sanitizer!).
